LearnFrame Central

Privacy

LearnFrame Central is the platform on which your organisation runs its programmes. Your organisation is responsible for your record and has its own privacy notice; questions about your record go to your organisation first. LearnFrame processes your record only on your organisation's instructions.

What is held

Your name, work email address, department, your organisation's reference for you and the Central ID LearnFrame Central issues; which programmes you are assigned, by when, and what you did in them: each attempt, the answer you chose at each decision and the marks it earned, your result, and any certificate; when you signed in; and a log of changes to your record and who made them. Nothing in the record ranks you against anyone or draws a conclusion about you.

Where it is held

In the European Union. The database is Supabase, in Ireland. Programme media is served by Cloudflare from the EU. Sign-in emails are sent by Resend from the EU. The web pages are served by Lovable, which receives your internet address and browser type when a page loads, as any website does.

What is kept in your browser

  • Your sign-in, kept by the sign-in service so you stay signed in until you sign out or it expires.
  • lfc-nav-collapsed: whether you collapsed the menu.
  • lfc-nav-layout: which layout to draw while your roles load; removed when you sign out.
  • lfc_play: a cookie that exists only while a programme is open, so the programme can save your place and your answers to your own record.

Nothing is kept for advertising or analytics, and nothing from any outside service runs on these pages.

How long, and your rights

Your organisation sets how long records are kept and answers requests to see, correct or remove them; LearnFrame helps it answer. You can complain to the Data Protection Commission, www.dataprotection.ie.
